Three market entries, three different problems

Multi-market scale, a channel system built from zero, and 0→1 in a traditional exporter. Three different company shapes, one playbook.

The shape every case takes

A case study is problem → designed → outcome, not a list of responsibilities. If a sentence could appear on LinkedIn under a job title, it belongs on About instead.

1Contextcompany, category, stage, market. One short paragraph.
2The problemthe specific commercial obstacle, stated the way the client stated it.
3What I designedthe decisions and artefacts, in order. This is the section that proves competence.
4Outcomethe number, and the timeframe it happened in.
5What I would do differentlyone honest line. The most credibility-building sentence on a consulting site.
